BESCHRIJVING

HSA5015KE is a 5-watt aluminium housed power resistor from the TE Connectivity HS Series, engineered for stable, high-quality performance in demanding industrial applications. The resistor dissipates 10 watts at 25°C with a standard heatsink and 5.5 watts without one, with a maximum working voltage of 150V (DC or AC rms) and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +200°C. It features a resistance range from 0.01 ohms to 10 kilohms with ±5% standard tolerance, an insulation resistance of 10,000 MO minimum (dry), and excellent long-term stability with resistance change of ±1% over 1000 hours. The standard heatsink provides 41,500 mm² of dissipation area with 1 mm thickness and two mounting holes, making it ideal for braking resistors, balancing resistors, capacitor charging/discharging, and general electrical machinery applications where reliable power dissipation in a compact form factor is essential.
