This no ground plane model features rugged construction with optimized gain just above the horizon, delivering great circular gain with minimal ripple to reduce dead spots and nulls. The antenna achieves over 80% average efficiency and does not require mounting on a reflective metallic surface, making it ideal for applications where a small or non-existent ground plane would otherwise degrade performance. It is rated IP67 for indoor and outdoor use and complies with UL94 flammability standards.
