DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4609X-101-104LF is a thick-film conformal SIP resistor network featuring a dual terminator (104) electrical configuration designed for signal line termination. This 9-pin package incorporates 12 thick-film resistors paired in series between common ground and power lines, with pins 1 and 8 serving as common terminals for ground and power respectively. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 ppm/°C for resistances between 50 O and 2.2 MO. The package delivers 1.13 watts at 70°C ambient temperature and is RoHS compliant with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations. This resistor network is ideal for SCSI applications, DRAM termination, and other high-speed digital bus applications requiring precision dual termination.
