DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4309R-101-104LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) dual terminator resistor network designed for high-density circuit applications. This 9-pin device incorporates multiple thick-film resistors with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C (above 2.2 megaohms) with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C. The package features a power rating of 1.13 watts at 70°C with derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). The device is RoHS compliant with tin-plated termination, offers low-profile construction for DIP compatibility, and is suitable for automatic insertion equipment, making it ideal for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination circuits.
