The 4816P-1-221LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with a power rating of 1.28 watts at 70°C. This device is designed with RoHS-compliant termination and meets AEC-Q200 qualification standards, ensuring reliability in automotive and demanding applications. The resistor network operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O.
