The 4816P-1-221 is a thick film surface mount isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 independent resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with 220 ohm resistance value and ±2% tolerance. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above. It delivers 0.160 watt power rating per resistor at 70°C and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. The component is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 qualified, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, making it suitable for automatic placement equipment and tape and reel packaging. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks in precision signal processing and data acquisition systems.
