DESCRIPTION

770336-1 is a 4-circuit in-line free-hanging plug connector designed for the 5.0 mm Power Key Connector (5.0 PKC) system, a wire-to-board connector family. The connector features a compact mated height of 19.4 mm and operates at a voltage rating of 600 V AC or DC. The housing is constructed from UL94V-2 rated nylon in natural color, with a 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing. The connector incorporates a double lock plate for complete contact loading and locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent wire tangling. The design includes provisions for bubble release during potting processes and housing lances to further prevent contact tangling. This connector is commonly used in power circuits for home appliances, particularly gas appliances, where reliable power distribution and secure wire termination are essential.
