DESCRIPTION

1-770003-0 is a Universal MATE-N-LOK crimp pin contact designed for power circuit applications. This contact is constructed from phosphor bronze with a duplex finish featuring gold plating in the mating area and tin plating in the crimp area over a nickel underplate. It accommodates 12-10 AWG (3.0-5.0 mm²) wire sizes with a maximum insulation diameter of 5.08 mm and features an L dimension of 25.53 mm. The contact is supplied in strip form for use with automated termination equipment. These contacts are commonly used in Universal MATE-N-LOK II Plug or Cap housings for power connections in home appliances and industrial applications.
