DESCRIPTION

The 7022OI is an industrial electropneumatic off-delay timing relay designed for applications requiring delayed contact switching upon de-energization. The unit features adjustable timing from 0.1 seconds to 60 minutes in linear increments, with repeat accuracy of ±5% for delays up to 200 seconds and ±10% for longer delays. It operates over a temperature range of -20°F to +165°F (-29°C to 74°C) and includes inherent transient immunity with optional surge/transient protection. The relay provides instantaneous contact transfer upon energization, with the delay period beginning only after de-energization, and includes standard 2-pole double-throw (DPDT) contacts with optional auxiliary switches for enhanced circuit control. Common applications include industrial automation, process control, and interlock circuits where precise timing on load release is critical.
