V4B1A80B-AEC00-000 is a sealed rocker switch from the Carling Technologies V-Series Contura line, engineered for demanding applications requiring robust environmental protection. The switch operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and features sealed construction meeting UL1500/ISO8846 ignition protection requirements and IEC 60529 sealing standards. It has been validated through extensive testing including MIL-STD 202F vibration (0.06 DA or 10G's at 10-500 Hz), shock (30G's per Method 213B), salt spray (96 hours per Method 101D), and thermal shock (-55°C to +85°C). The switch is ideal for on/off-highway vehicles, marine vessels, armored vehicles, and mining machinery where corrosion resistance and reliability are critical.
