It delivers 710 J energy absorption at 50 A (10/1000 µs), rated power of 170 W, and peak current handling of 0.6 A with 6000 µs impulse response time. The component operates over -40°C to +105°C without derating and features tin-plated leads with leakage current below 25 µA at 75% V1.
