DESCRIPTION
515-1302-05-00F is a convex panel mount light pipe designed to direct LED indication from a PCB parallel to the front panel. It features a water-clear polycarbonate construction with UL94-V0 flame rating and an oxygen index of 35%, ensuring durability and safety compliance. The light pipe has a 3mm diameter output with a convex lens shape optimized for viewing angles, a mounting hole of 0.115"+0.003", -0.002" (2.92+0.07, -0.05 mm), and operates reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C. The convex design provides an excellent solution for products requiring cost-effective LED indication on front panels, with easy press-fit installation and compatibility with Dialight surface mount LEDs such as PLCC-2 and PLCC-4 packages.
