DESCRIPTION
The 8444K2 is a one-hole mounted general purpose AC-rated pushbutton switch designed for industrial control applications. It features a 1 P.S.T. (single pole, single throw) normally open contact configuration with a metal construction and momentary action operation. The switch is rated for 15A at 125V AC or 1/3 hp at 125-250V AC, with silver-plated copper movable and stationary contacts for reliable electrical performance. It includes wire lead terminals (18 gauge, 152mm long, skinned 19mm) and is furnished unassembled with a threaded bushing (11.90mm diameter, 32 threads per inch) for secure panel mounting. The switch operates over a temperature range of -17.8°C to +65.6°C and is UL recognized and CSA certified, making it suitable for general-purpose instrumentation and control circuits requiring momentary contact switching.
