153359 is a thermal transfer printable gloss metallized polyester label stock (B-434A) designed for rating plate and general purpose labeling on textured surfaces. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.102 mm) excluding liner, comprising 0.002 inch substrate and 0.002 inch adhesive layers. The label stock offers excellent environmental resistance including long-term high service temperature up to 266°F (130°C), long-term low service temperature down to -94°F (-70°C), and short-term high service temperature up to 374°F (190°C). It demonstrates strong adhesion to stainless steel (113 oz/in after 24-hour dwell), polypropylene (111 oz/in), and textured ABS (69 oz/in), along with resistance to humidity, UV light, weathering, salt fog, and various chemicals. This UL Recognized and CSA Accepted material is compatible with Brady Series R4900 and R6000 Halogen Free ribbons.
