DESCRIPCIÓN
The MMBFJ270 is a P-Channel switch designed for use in low-level analog switching, sample and hold circuits, and chopper-stabilized amplifiers. It features a gate-source breakdown voltage of at least 30 V and a very low gate reverse current with a maximum of 200 pA. The device operates with a zero-gate voltage drain current (IDSS) between -2.0 mA and -15 mA and has a gate-source cut-off voltage ranging from 0.5 V to 2.0 V. Housed in a SOT-23 package, its characteristics make it well-suited for high-impedance signal paths and precision switching tasks requiring minimal leakage.
