The GX66CDB is a 600+ amp 12–800 Vdc hermetically sealed DC contactor featuring EPIC® seal technology rated to 175°C for advanced switching applications. It incorporates high-efficiency dual DC coils with very low continuous power consumption (7.8 W) available in 12, 24, or 48 VDC configurations, along with built-in Dali-in coil suppression that eliminates the need for external diodes. The contactor is designed to meet UL1604 for Class I & II Division 2 and Class III hazardous locations, IP67 for temporary water immersion, SAE J1171 for external ignition protection, and ISO8846 for flammable gas environments. With a mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles, maximum contact resistance of 0.3 mO, and operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, it delivers reliable performance in battery-powered systems and demanding industrial applications. Its position-insensitive design, stainless steel hardware, and hermetic sealing provide years of corrosion-free service in harsh environments.
