At 2 mA forward current, the red/green element delivers 4.5 to 18 mcd luminous intensity with a forward voltage of 1 to 7 V and dominant wavelength of 624–636 nm, while the green element provides 2.8 to 11.2 mcd with a dominant wavelength of 566–575 nm.
