DESCRIPTION
M4-47-427 is a thermal transfer printable translucent vinyl tape designed for wire and cable identification applications. It features a self-laminated format with a white printable zone and a translucent overlaminating area, utilizing permanent acrylic adhesive. The material has a total thickness of 0.0040 inch (0.102mm), with tensile strength of 12 lbs/in (210 N/100mm) in machine direction and 11 lbs/in (193 N/100mm) in cross direction. It offers excellent performance across a wide temperature range from -94°F (-70°C) to 158°F (70°C), with outstanding water and oil resistance. This self-extinguishing material is UL Recognized to UL969A and UL2238 standards when printed with compatible Brady ribbons, making it ideal for industrial wire marking and cable assembly identification.
