The RJF5446 is an industrial Ethernet connector system designed for harsh environment applications, featuring a patented RJStop® system that transforms standard RJ45 cordsets into sealed, protected connectors. It supports Cat 5e (Class D) Ethernet networks for 10 BaseT, 100 BaseTX, and 1000 BaseT transmission with IP67 sealing against fluids and dusts, shock and vibration resistance, and improved EMI protection through lateral grounding fingers or metallized (Ni) shielding transmission. The connector uses a quick user-friendly Push Pull coupling mechanism with 100 N cordset retention in the axis and 500 minimum mating cycles, operating across -40°C to +85°C with thermal shock capability (5 cycles at -40°C/+100°C) and vibration tolerance of 10–500 Hz at 10 g across 3 axes. Common applications include telecom equipment, video control, robotics, industrial process control, CNC machines, and motion control systems where field assembly without tools and hazardous cabling elimination are critical requirements.
