BESCHRIJVING

D38999/26WC35SA is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III straight plug connector designed for rugged aerospace, defense, and marine applications requiring environmentally sealed, subminiature connectivity. The connector features a threaded 360° turn coupling mechanism with scoop-proof design and is available in stainless steel, aluminum, or composite shell materials with multiple plating options including electroless nickel, black zinc-nickel, and nickel PTFE. It supports contact sizes 23, 22, 20, 16, 12, 10, and 8, with shell sizes ranging from 9 to 25, accommodating up to 187 maximum signal contacts using AS39029 contact types in crimp, solder cup, eyelet, or PCB tail styles. Operating temperature range extends from -65°C to +200°C depending on shell finish, with a standard durability rating of 500 mating cycles. This connector is ideal for harsh environment applications where environmental sealing, EMI control via spring fingers, and high reliability are essential.
