BESCHRIJVING

The SCS600-4K is a smart current sensor designed to monitor and protect electrical loads up to 600 amperes in high-reliability aerospace systems. It features pin-configurable nominal load settings (200A, 300A, or 400A), reverse load detection capability, and an analog output for continuous load monitoring with a transfer function of V=(SensedLoad*Sensitivity)+0.63. The device operates on a primary power supply of +28VDC and includes overload trip response times ranging from 0.22 seconds at 1000% nominal load to 70 seconds at 200% nominal load, with reverse load trip detection between -1A and -20A. Environmental specifications include operation across -40°C to +85°C temperature range, compliance with DO-160G standards for shock, vibration, and EMI, and a maximum weight of 200 grams. This module is ideal for aircraft power distribution systems, engine protection circuits, and load management applications where precise current monitoring and automatic overload protection are essential.
