AAA0920-00 is a receptacle protection cap designed for MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors, providing dust and contamination protection for connector receptacles. The cap features a gasket with a nominal diameter of 17.50 ± 0.50 mm and is available in multiple shell sizes (09 through 25) with corresponding thread specifications ranging from 0.625" to 1.625". The product supports various attachment options including eyelets (ØF: 3.2 to 6.4 mm), rings (ØE: 18.0 to 44.6 mm), crimp ferrules, and tie-wrap configurations, with optional lanyard attachments in materials such as nylon-covered stainless steel wire rope, Teflon-covered wire rope, link chain, and polyester cord. Available materials include aluminum, nickel aluminum bronze, stainless steel, black acetal, and composite, with multiple plating finishes (cadmium, electroless nickel, passivate, zinc nickel) to meet environmental and conductivity requirements.
