BESCHRIJVING

The 966144-4 is a double wire ferrule designed to terminate two 1.00 mm² flexible leads simultaneously with a gas-tight crimped connection. It features a copper sleeve with polypropylene plastic collar rated up to +120 °C, and is manufactured according to DIN 46228 Part 4 specifications. The ferrule has an insulation diameter of 2.5 mm maximum and dimensions of 15.0 mm (A) × 8.0 mm (B) × 1.95 mm (C) × 5.4 mm (D) × 3.4 mm (E), with a 10.0 mm strip length. The color-coded insulation protects the crimped connection from contact, and the ferrule is crimped using AMP precision tools to ensure reliable electrical and mechanical connection. This product is ideal for automotive powertrain systems, safety and security systems, and other applications requiring secure termination of dual flexible leads in switching cabinets, control units, and equipment with row clamp or poke-in clamp connectors.
