DESCRIPTION

52453 is a PLASTI-GRIP long spring spade terminal designed for secure solderless wire connections. This pre-insulated terminal features vinyl (UL 94V-0) insulation with a copper body per ASTM B-152 and tin plating per ASTM B-545, providing good dielectric strength and corrosion resistance. The terminal accommodates 22-16 AWG (0.26-1.65 mm²) wire sizes with a #6 (M3.5) stud size, featuring a width of 0.250 inch (6.35 mm) and length of 0.945 inch (24.00 mm). The wire barrel has a minimum inside diameter of 0.140 inch (3.56 mm). Ideal for industrial applications including panel boxes, motors, switchgear, power supplies, HVAC, and lighting systems, this terminal is UL listed and CSA approved for 600V 105°C operation.
