The RPX-2.5-R is a DC/DC buck converter power module featuring an integrated shielded inductor in a compact, thermally-enhanced QFN package. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 28VDC and provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 6V. This module can deliver a maximum output current of 2.5A with high efficiency up to 91% and includes comprehensive protection features such as short-circuit (SCP), overcurrent (OCP), over-temperature (OTP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). Housed in a low-profile 4.5mm x 4mm QFN package that uses Flip-Chip technology for improved thermal management, it is well-suited for space-constrained applications.
