The 81.000.6170.0 is a primary switching power supply designed for three-phase AC input applications, delivering a rated output of 24 V DC at 10 A with an adjustable range of 22.5 to 28.5 V DC. It features short-circuit protection with current-limited fold-forward operation, PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, and operates from a three-phase input of 400–500 V AC (47–63 Hz) or DC input of 480–820 V DC. The unit achieves typical efficiency of 90% and includes full-load operation up to 60°C with 2.5%/K derating from 61–71°C, along with parallel operation capability for up to two units. Additional features include output voltage regulation of ±1%, line regulation of ±1%, ripple and noise below 100 mV (20 MHz bandwidth), and a relay contact output for voltage monitoring. The supply is mounted vertically on a 35 mm DIN rail, operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +71°C, and includes 100% burn-in testing for reliability in industrial control systems, automation equipment, and process instrumentation.
