BESCHRIJVING

D369-R66-CP0 is a 6-position panel-mount receptacle connector from TE Connectivity's 369 Series, engineered for high-reliability applications in harsh aerospace environments. The connector features a compact design with integrated panel latches for tool-free installation, replaceable fluorosilicone gaskets to accommodate various panel thicknesses, and fully sealed electrical interfaces using cork-in-bottle and triple wire seal technology to protect against moisture ingress. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, maintains an insulation resistance of =5000 MO, and supports a dielectric withstand voltage of 1500 Vrms with operating current of 5 A. The connector is constructed from PEI body and insert materials with gold-plated copper alloy contacts, meets FAR 25.853 Appendix F flammability and smoke/toxicity requirements, and is rated for 500 mating cycles minimum with IP65 sealing. This design is ideal for aerospace, defense, and marine applications requiring space-efficient, stackable connectors that maintain full compatibility with standard 369 series components.
