The 91910-1 is a commercial manual hand crimping tool engineered for precise wire termination across a wide range of connector types and wire gauges. This tool features an angled head for improved visibility of the crimp area, ergonomic handles designed to reduce hand stretch and fatigue, and easily interchangeable die sets that accommodate various terminal styles including PIDG, PLASTI-GRIP, FASTON, AMPMODU, and MAT-N-LOK connectors. The tool incorporates locators mounted on pin-and-socket style dies to properly position contacts, minimize rotation and bending during crimping, and provide wire stops, while extra strength pivot pins and ratchet control ensure consistent bottom-out for proper crimp formation. With an emergency ratchet release mechanism and precision-stamped construction for close tolerance controls, the 91910-1 delivers reliable, repeatable crimping performance for R&D prototyping, networking applications, and commercial maintenance work across wire ranges from 30 AWG to 10 AWG (0.05 mm² to 5 mm²).
