The 91349-1 is a semi-automatic electric servo press designed for inserting compliant pin connectors into printed circuit boards with real-time force monitoring and quality assurance capabilities. It features an electric servo drive with ball-screw mechanism, delivering up to 44 kN (5 tons) of force capacity with application-dependent cycle speeds of 3–5 seconds per connector. The system is controlled via a Windows-based PC platform with touchscreen interface, allowing operators to program and store force, distance, speed, and optional pin penetration parameters for consistent, repeatable operations. The machine accommodates PCB sizes up to 610 × 915 mm (24 × 36 in) and operates on standard 208/240 VAC single-phase power (6 amps, 50/60 Hz) with shop air requirements of 0.6 MPa (80–120 psi).
