BESCHRIJVING
The 747318-2 is an HDF-20 low-profile all-plastic receptacle connector assembly designed for round conductor flat ribbon cable applications with 25 contact positions (Shell Size 3). The housing and cover are preassembled, featuring a black thermoplastic stabilizer rated 94V-G, brass unplated threaded inserts, and phosphor bronze pin contacts with duplex plating: 0.00376 µm gold on the mating end and 0.00254–0.00508 µm bright tin-lead on the termination end, with 0.00127 µm nickel underplating. This receptacle assembly is supplied with standard mounting holes and is compatible with 25-conductor ribbon cables available in 28 AWG and 26 AWG gauges. The connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable, compact interconnections in data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and industrial equipment where space constraints and ribbon cable integration are critical.
