208018-1 is an ARINC 600 press-fit contact designed for PCB attachment in aerospace, defense, and marine applications. This contact features a high-strength copper alloy base with various plating options and eliminates the need for soldering during board assembly. The contact operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C with durability rated for 500 mating cycles. It meets industry specification ARINC 600-19 and offers dielectric withstanding voltage of 1500 VACrms at sea level. Common applications include in-flight entertainment systems, flight controls and communication, and military ground vehicles, providing manufacturing cost savings and up to 10% weight reduction.
