The 2112DH3ND is a miniature electropneumatic on-delay timing relay from the AGASTAT 2100 Series, designed to provide adjustable time delays from milliseconds to 3 minutes with high repeat accuracy across voltage and temperature extremes. The unit features a hermetically sealed construction with a precision-wound solenoid assembly and sealed patented timing head that circulates air under controlled pressure through a variable orifice, combined with a snap-action switch assembly providing sustained contact pressure during timing cycles. It incorporates DPDT (2 form C) contacts with an exclusive dial head adjustment mechanism that replaces traditional needle valves, and is mounted in a rigid self-supporting framework within a steel enclosure for permanent alignment and long-term reliability. The hermetically sealed design with external screw adjustment and solder hook connector makes it ideal for harsh industrial environments requiring high shock and vibration resistance, with instant recycling capability and flutter-free load transfer after extended delay periods.
