The 9350007-302 is a multistage thermoelectric cooler from the MS Series, engineered to reach colder temperatures than comparable single-stage coolers. It provides a maximum heat pumping capacity (Qcmax) of 24.3 Watts at a zero temperature difference and achieves a maximum temperature differential (ΔTmax) of 91°C when Qc is zero. The device operates with a maximum current of 5.1 Amps and a maximum voltage of 14.7 Volts. Constructed with 138°C Bismuth Tin (BiSn) solder, it is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. Common applications include thermoelectric cooling for CMOS sensors, heads-up displays, and other imaging sensors requiring precise temperature control.
