BESCHRIJVING

The B582-2T is a power module from the B-2T series designed for AC or DC variable voltage output applications up to 15 kW. This module features a maximum DC output current of 25 A at Tc = 85°C with a maximum voltage drop of 1.65 V at peak current, and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device supports multiple AC line input voltage options (120 VAC, 240 VAC, and 280 VAC corresponding to 400 V, 600 V, and 800 V RMS respectively), with a critical rate of rise of on-state current of 100 A/µs and off-state voltage of 500 V/µs. The B582-2T is UL recognized (E72445) and includes an external suppressor option, making it suitable for industrial power control, variable speed drives, and AC/DC conversion applications requiring reliable thermal management and electrical isolation.
