The MC33151PG is a high-speed, dual inverting MOSFET driver designed for applications requiring low-current digital circuits to drive large capacitive loads. It features two independent channels with 1.5 A totem-pole outputs, enabling fast switching with typical rise and fall times of 15 ns into a 1000 pF load.
