It is constructed with a tubular ceramic core, all-welded terminals, and a durable, lead-free vitreous enamel coating for flame resistance. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum voltage of 3595V, a temperature coefficient of ±260 ppm/°C, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 3000 VAC.
