The TC7660SEPA is a super charge pump DC-to-DC voltage converter designed to generate a negative output voltage from a positive input. It operates over a wide input voltage range of +1.5V to +12V and requires only two external capacitors, eliminating the need for inductors and their associated cost, size, and EMI.
