BESCHRIJVING

The MMA044PP3 is a GaAs pHEMT wideband low-noise amplifier designed for operation between 6 GHz and 18 GHz. This MMIC amplifier provides a typical gain of 17 dB with a low noise figure of 2.0 dB, while drawing 100 mA from a single 4 V supply. It delivers an output P1dB of 14 dBm and an OIP3 of 28 dBm, and features RF ports that are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 Ω. Housed in a compact 3 mm x 3 mm QFN package, it is ideal for applications such as test and measurement instrumentation, electronic warfare systems, and wideband communications.
