V1D1AH04-19Z00-000 is a sealed rocker switch engineered for demanding applications requiring robust environmental protection and reliability. The switch features IP66/68 sealing for above-panel components, with a polyester blend base rated to 125°C (UL 94V0 flammability rating) and interchangeable Contura actuators available in hard or soft surface options. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and has been validated against rigorous military and international standards including MIL-STD 202F, MIL-STD 510.1, UL 1500, ISO 8846, IEC 60529, and BS 5490, with proven resistance to corrosion (MFG Class III 3-year accelerated exposure), vibration (up to 10G at 10–500 Hz), shock (30G per MIL-STD 202F Method 213B), salt spray, and thermal cycling (-55°C to +85°C). The switch supports single-pole or double-pole configurations with 2 or 3 positions (18° angular displacement for 2-position, 9° from center for 3-position) and is ideal for on/off-highway vehicles, marine vessels, armored vehicles, mining machinery, and any application requiring sealed protection in corrosive or high-vibration environments.
