KSA1M411 is a sealed tactile switch from the KSA & KSL Series, featuring a single-pole single-throw (SPST) normally-open contact arrangement with IP60 sealing protection. The switch incorporates double overmolding on terminals with PC pins and an optional ground pin, designed for both automatic and manual insertion with cambered terminals ensuring self-retention. It delivers an actuation force of 2.25 to 3.75 N with a travel-to-make distance of 0.6 ± 0.2 mm and supports 100,000 operations over its lifetime. Electrically, the switch accommodates up to 32 VDC maximum voltage with a maximum current of 50 mA (silver contacts) or 10 mA (gold contacts), contact resistance below 100 mO, and bounce time less than 1 ms. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (silver) or -40°C to 125°C (gold), this RoHS-compliant switch is ideal for automotive, industrial control, and telecommunication network applications requiring reliable sealed switching performance.
