BESCHRIJVING

The 045524-0008-MS is a circular box mounting receptacle connector featuring 18 solder cup contacts in size 20 with socket gender and shell size 14, part of the KPT series 26482 Style Series I & Mil Battery/SE product line. The connector is constructed with an aluminum alloy shell plated with olive drab chromate over cadmium, polychloroprene insulator and grommet material, and copper alloy contacts with selective gold plating on the contact area. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, withstands 500 minimum mating cycles, and meets IP67 ingress protection rating with 0.2 bar pressure over 48 hours. The connector demonstrates excellent environmental resistance with 500 hours salt spray resistance, insulator resistance greater than or equal to 5000 MO, and vibration tolerance of 200 m/s² at 10 to 2000 Hz, making it suitable for demanding military, aerospace, and industrial applications requiring robust interconnection solutions.
