The DEMA-9S-F0 is a high-reliability D-Sub connector featuring 9 contacts (size 20) with crimp termination, designed for demanding industrial and aerospace applications. It supports a wire gauge range of AWG 20-28 (standard) or AWG 22-28 (high density) and is rated for a maximum current of 7.5 A with a contact resistance of 10 mO maximum. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and withstands a dielectric voltage of 1000 VAC at sea level, with a rated lifespan of 200 mating cycles. The shell is constructed from steel with yellow chromate over zinc finish, while the insulator is thermoplastic (PCT, UL 94V-0) in black, and contacts are copper alloy with gold over nickel plating.
