BESCHRIJVING

The XA1E-BV302V-R is a 16mm diameter ø29mm mushroom emergency stop button designed for industrial control and safety systems. It features 2 normally closed (2NC) main contacts with PCB board terminal configuration and operates at rated insulation voltages of 125V and 250V with a main contact current rating of 5A. The device incorporates IDEC's "Safe break action" mechanism ensuring NC contacts open when the contact block is detached, direct opening action per IEC60947-5-5 and IEC60947-5-1, and a safety lock mechanism. Operating temperature range is -25°C to +60°C (non-freezing), with an operating force of 10.5N for push-to-lock operation and a minimum direct opening force of 60N. The switch achieves IP65 degree of protection, has a contact resistance of 50mO maximum, insulation resistance of 100MO minimum (500V DC), and impulse withstand voltage of 2.5kV. It is rated for 100,000 electrical operations minimum and 250,000 mechanical operations minimum, making it suitable for emergency stop circuits, machinery control, and safety-critical applications requiring reliable contact separation.
