The HBL7468 is a twist-lock flanged receptacle designed for secure power connections in industrial and commercial applications requiring 15A at 125V AC. It features a 2-pole, 2-wire non-grounding configuration (ML-1R NEMA standard) with a stainless steel flanged casing (.025" thickness) and black thermoset body contact carrier for durability and corrosion resistance. The device incorporates bronze contact springs (.032" thickness) and brass terminal screws, with terminal accommodation for 15A #14 AWG wire. It is rated for a maximum continuous operating temperature of 75°C (minimum -40°C without impact) and provides a dielectric voltage withstand of 2,000V minimum, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions. The receptacle is certified for current interrupting at full rated current and exhibits a maximum temperature rise of 0.30°C at full rated current after 50 cycles of 150% overload, making it suitable for industrial power distribution, equipment connections, and temporary power applications.
