BESCHRIJVING

The HBL6017 is a Seal-Tite triple seal elastomer cover designed for use with Hubbell INSULGrip 15 and 20 ampere plugs and connectors. This black elastomer accessory provides environmental protection and achieves an IP55 rating when installed and used properly with mating components. The cover is engineered to seal the connection interface, protecting against moisture, dust, and other environmental contaminants that could compromise electrical safety. It is commonly used in cord sets and with flanged inlets to extend the service life of plugs and connectors in demanding indoor and outdoor applications. The Seal-Tite design complements the robust construction of INSULGrip plugs, which feature integral VARI-SIZE cord grips, ribbed nylon housing, and powerful offsetting cord grips that prevent strain on terminals.
