The 0461164181PP01 is a 61 material grade round cable snap-it™ core assembly designed to suppress differential and common-mode conducted EMI across a wide frequency range from 1 MHz into the GHz region. This ferrite-based assembly accommodates round cables or bundled wires with diameters from 2.5 mm (0.100 inch) to 25.4 mm (1.000 inch), providing flexible EMI suppression for various cable configurations. The assembly features a polypropylene case that meets RoHS restrictions on hazardous substances and carries a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating for safety compliance. With typical impedance values of 205 O at 100 MHz, 320 O at 250 MHz, 435 O at 500 MHz, and 257 O at 1000 MHz, this core delivers consistent performance across critical frequency bands.
