The 21022-81 is a 375 Series 3-pole double-throw (3PDT) power relay manufactured by Deltrol Controls, designed to control electrical loads in industrial applications. This relay features 30 amp switching capability on all contacts (25 amps per EN60947-4 in Europe) with a 12 VDC coil, providing reliable performance for motor control, electric heat, and power supply applications. The contacts are constructed from 1/4" diameter silver cadmium oxide material, and the coil is molded in Rynite® PET with Class F temperature insulation for enhanced durability. The relay operates with approximately 15 milliseconds pickup and release times, supports 100,000 electrical operations at rated load, and features a mechanical life of 10,000,000 operations. With its low-cost design as an alternative to small contactors and superior mechanical characteristics provided by the PPS engineering thermoplastic panel, the 21022-81 is ideal for demanding industrial control applications requiring high reliability and long operational life.
