RM1A60M75 is an industrial 1-phase zero-switching AC solid state relay designed to interface low voltage AC or DC control systems with high voltage resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. The relay features a rated operational voltage of 600 VACrms with a non-repetitive peak voltage of 1400 Vp, a rated operational current of 75 AACrms, and control voltage range of 5 to 24 VDC/AC. It incorporates direct copper bonding (DCB) technology, built-in varistor for transient protection, LED indication for control input status, and zero crossing detection that switches ON at the sinusoidal curve zero crossing and OFF when current crosses zero. The device operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.35 K/W, making it suitable for heavy industrial applications requiring reliable switching performance and protection against voltage transients.
