PMP12RGM is a through-beam photoelectric switch designed for industrial door market applications with a detection range up to 20 m. It features modulated infrared light (GaAlAs LED at 880 nm) with an optical angle of ±2°, providing immunity to ambient light and precise narrow-beam detection. The receiver operates at 24 VDC ± 20% or 24 VAC ± 20% (50/60 Hz) with adjustable sensitivity via single-turn potentiometer, response times of =20 ms for both ON-OFF and OFF-ON transitions, and a mute input function that fulfills EN12978 requirements. The housing is reinforced polycarbonate with dimensions 25 × 65 × 81 mm, IP 67 protection degree, and screw terminal connection with PG 13.5 or 1/2" NPT cable gland options. The relay output supports resistive loads up to 3 A at 250 VAC (AC1) or 3 A at 30 VDC (DC1), with mechanical life =40 × 106 operations and electrical life =5 × 105 operations. This sensor is ideal for automated door control systems, safety gates, and industrial automation requiring reliable target detection with mute capability.
