THT-59-351-10 is a Brady B-351 thermal transfer printable tamper-resistant white vinyl label stock with matte finish and acrylic adhesive. The material is engineered to fracture easily upon removal, providing visible evidence of tampering and preventing one-piece label removal. It features a thickness of 0.0028 inches (0.071 mm), tensile strength of 6.3 lbs/in (110 N/100 mm) with 2% elongation, and tack of 45.4 oz (1288 g). The label stock maintains adhesion to multiple surfaces including stainless steel, painted enamel, polypropylene, powder-coated, textured ABS, and glass, with the label destroying upon removal after both 20 minutes and 24 hours dwell times. It operates reliably at application temperatures as low as 50°F (10°C), long-term service temperatures up to 80°C, and short-term exposure up to 180°C, while maintaining resistance to humidity, UV light, weathering, and various chemical reagents. This product is ideal for rating and serial plates requiring high performance and resistance to product tampering in industrial and commercial applications.
